Z linear rail upgrade for X-Carve / XYZ Carve

Upgrade your stock X-Carve Z or XYZ Carve axis with a Z linear rail. Assembled together with MGN15 linear rails, 4 MGN15H blocks together with powder coated blue 6mm aluminum plates. All that is required to add this upgrade to your XYZ-Carve are basic tools and existing parts.

Included

- 250mm 2080 aluminum extrusion

- 6.35mm to 8mm coupling to attach your stepper motor to your lead screw

- (2) 250mm linear rail with (4) blocks

- Z mount plate

     + holes to accept the X Carve trimmer mount or,

     + threaded holes to accept XYZ trimmer brackets

- Z motor mount plate with (4) 20mm aluminum spacers with (4) 30mm M5 bolts (optional NEMA23 mounting block available) 

- Roller limit switch (optional top plate to accept your proximity switch available)

You will need to add your

- NEMA23 Stepper Motor

- Spindle mounts 

- Trimmer/spindle

- Lead screw and nut

- proximity switch if you would like this option

- 4 T nut and M5 screws to attach the Z extrusion to your x carriage

- Stepper motor, lead screw and, proximity switch, trimmer, T nuts and M5 screws
