Three blade replaceable insert spoilboard leveller tool for commercial and industrial applications. Capable of levelling of spoil/ waste boards and other applications where light amounts of material need to be removed. The use of indexable inserts allows for longer use of consumables by rotating periodically. Once you cannot rotate any more, just replace with new inserts and repeat! Only for ramping in to cuts, not for plunging.
