A panel folding V bit is specifically design to cut aluminium composite panels to allow for easy bending without cracking. Bending with a clean radius is achieved buy routing 0.8mm above the bottom of the material.

Folding V Bit
Performed very well for my purpose. Provided exactly as I had hoped and at the price, makes it a winner. When the fabricators in the sign and display arena discover it, I'm sure they'll snap them up by the box full.
