Collet sizes 3.175mm, 4mm and 6mm have be specifically manufactured for Adam's Bits with a high degree of run out tolerance and then individually tested for centricity. This is one item were aftermarket performs better than genuine!

I wound up getting all the sizes in addition to the 1/4" one that came with my router. These are very nicely machined and have given me a lot more flexibility in the bits that I use.

Look - a lot of people sell router stuff - so what makes Adam's Bits better than the other sellers? First, Adam doesn't MAKE the bits and collets - he just sells them. The quality is great (as are the products offered by other sellers), but what makes me return to Adam's Bits again and again is the fact that Adam himself answers my questions, offers me advice and posts stuff out super-quick. Try getting that sort of service from some nameless seller on ebay or Aliexpress. I have been extremely happy with the products and service I've received from Adam, and have made him my go-to destination for all my router-related stuff. Nice one Adam.
