Collet sizes 3.175mm, 4mm and 6mm have be specifically manufactured for Adam's Bits with a high degree of run out tolerance and then individually tested for centricity. This is one item were aftermarket performs better than genuine!

The collet range is much better now then that it was a yesr ago. From 1/8 to 1/2 inch and all the sizes in between! So far the collet holds up to the pushiment that all cnc programmers and operators put these components through. Adams Bits has been the best supplier of consumables!! Don't just take my word for it give them a go for yourself

Makita Collets
I received both collets. I found one (3.175) so tight that I could not insert the end mill. I contacted Adam about the issue, and it was replaced promptly without any bother. I would shop here again.
